Prepaid joke
Prepaidsimcard.org tries to sell products which they can't offer. Their organisation is poor and service desk is having a lack of intelligence and knowledge. If they are approached with negative facts, the contents of e-mails start to get below business level and childisch. Stay away from this organisation and buy your SIM local, it is much cheaper as well. Just Google and you'll find what you need. Prepaid can't deliver what they promiss and in these days its simple to get a SIM for your own phone local. Supermarkets, bookshops, kiosks, etc. have the service you are looking for.

NO refund for a returned unused card
prepaidsimcard.org promised 3-12 days shipping date. I received the SIM card 30 days later !!!! never used it so I return it for a full refund....they declined to refund and they KEPT THE CARD !!!!...their service dragged me a full 3 months so paypal cannot dispute my request after 20 days. Even paypal could not do anything to refund me. Stay away from this company because it is a steal and a hoax. Their company policy stated a full refund but they declined to refund an unused SIM card. My advice is to stay away from any such online SIM cards companies

Prepaidsimcard - total fraud
No matter what you do - avoid prepaidsimcard.org ! They sent me a "micro sim" which was manually cut with a knife from a full sim and could barely fit in a phone. Finally, after getting the phone to detect the sim, and following the exact instructions they attach, on at least 3 different devices, the sim could never register on any network. I was totally relying on this to get 3G data during my vacation and I got screwed big time - a bunch of lame amateurs running the company there. To add insult to injury, after I mailed it back to them they wouldn't issue a refund, using a bunch of excuses and failing to recognize that they supplied a 100% defective service. Shame on you Noah and the rest of the folks at prepaidsimcard.org / holidayphone. I'll be initiating a chargeback and they'll now incur the chargeback fees in addition to the refund amount -- but that's hardly any comfort after the hours of frustration during my vacation trying to get the *** thing to work in vain.

Nearly ruined our trip
This is a duplicate of my review for holidayphone, this is their aliasIn spite many complains I decided to go with these guys, and ordered two sim cards for use in Cancun.The support seems very legit and responsive and I thought I wouldnt have any problems.Once I got there, it seemed to work on one phone, albeit only internet, and the other one said insufficient funds even though it removed 2 minutes for no reason at all. (We need 199 min for activating data and both started off with 199) We never made a call, in fact, with either phone we could never make calls, help/balance etc is only in *** spanish, and these guys claimed they couldnt help, it was movistar's territory. Not only is their web site only spanish, they hardly had any stores. Walked into a store that cells SIMs and that guy had no idea what I was talking about.With the help of a local, ended up buying a new phone with 100pesos for $70US.So much for thinking buying a SIM from an english speaking merchant would help.

We do this using the same procedure as many carriers, and as we do not cut the chip this should not effect the cards function. If the products we deliver do not function we of course grant a refund.
